Solstrand is located only 30 km south of Bergen city and the airport with direct flights to Copenhagen, Amsterdam and London the whole year. The hotel’s location right by the fjord, makes it an ideal venue for combining a meeting with recreational activities that allow participants to experience Norway’s unspoiled natural environment and culture.

Solstrand has since 1953 successfully been hosting meetings and international events, including a prestigious leadership programme, named after the hotel. Solstrand is regarded today as a benchmark in the smooth running of international meetings and conferences.

Solstrand’s meeting facilities are designed for/designated for management and board meetings, seminars and bigger national and international events with up to 200 delegates. In total we offer 6 meeting rooms and 20 break-out rooms, located in 3 different conference centers. Most of our bright meeting rooms offer lovely views of the fjord and garden. The hotel has several private dining rooms and lounges for gatherings in addition to our main restaurant.
